As a Better Trucks gig driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering packages directly to consumers. Items may include apparel, household goods, pet supplies, food and alcohol, and gift sets. Each package will be no more than 50 lbs. Some packages may require signature and/or age verification through our app.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Once your route is finished, you can mark your shift as complete. After any failed deliveries have been returned and scanned in, we can then dispense payment via an ACH transaction, with the exception of Venmo, Zelle & PayPal.
Yes! While we have high demand during the holiday season, we are always in need of drivers.
It’s easy-- You will receive a notification when new Shifts get posted within the Better Trucks' Shift App.
We do not have a limit!
If it takes you longer (which is not what we plan), it will not result in reduced pay, but you will not get anything extra for a route completion, past the predetermined completion time.
Safety is most important. We highly recommend wearing a personal safety vest at all times while delivering and a mask when conducting a delivery where a customer signature or ID check is required.
Absolute payment is based on the estimated duration of route completion for the route, using cutting-edge data analytical software.
